Glen Helen Appeal

How can you help?

Join Us

Organise a fundraising event.

We welcome fundraisers. If you have ideas for fundraising events, coffee mornings, car boot sales, sponsored walks etc. Let us know and we will help you set it up and publicise it. We need your help. please contact any committee member or email us.

"Buy" a length of path.

You can sponsor 1metre for £35, or 2metres for £70 and receive a standard certificate.

If you sponsor 3metres for £100 you will receive a Bronze certificate.

6metres for £200 will earn a Silver certificate.

To achieve a Gold, framed certificate just sponsor 15metres for £500.

Individuals or organisations can sponsor the path and their contribution will be recognised publicly if desired. The contribution may come about as a simple donation or may be as a result of fund raising efforts.

 

Sponsor a Bench

On completion of the project a number of bench seats will be installed at frequent intervals along the path. these will be of designs appropriate to the setting and approved by the Forestry Division. Anyone wishing to sponsor a bench should contact us for more details.

Attend one of our events.

Even if you are not able to organise anything yourself, please come along to our events as they happen.

Buy our promotional items.

We have a number of attractive promotional items for sale, key-rings, fridge magnets and prints of our specially commissioned painting by local painter Karen Ennett. The original can be seen in the Glen Helen Inn, where a selection of our items are available to buy.

Make a donation.

You can make a donation through any of our committee, at one of our events or the collection box at the Glen Helen Inn.

If you wish you can make a donation to our appeal through PayPal. So even if you are unable to see us in person, you can help towards this worthwhile project. No matter where in the world you are, you are only a click away.
